The company’s turnover has significantly increased over the past three years, i.e. from RON 251 million in 2009 to more than RON 459 at the end of 2012.

The development of the company and of its business led to a constant increase of the number of employees. Their average number went from 680 in 2009 to 926 on December 31, 2012. The constantly increasing number of employees properly trained in various fields speaks of the company’s capacity to recruit and retain employees, in the context of the past years’ forced decrease registered by its business.
